  • How do I book a vehicle?
    To book one of our coaches follow these steps: 1. Decide on your requirements; the number of passengers, destination & times as well as any facilities you need the vehicle to have. 2. Get in touch with us. You can do this through our online get a quote form. Or by emailing: or calling: 01724 84 33 55 3. We will e-mail you a quote. 4. You will be asked to pay a deposit to secure the vehicle and book the date for the job. 5. Sit back and relax, let the fellow passengers know the pickup date & time. 6. The final amount will be due no later than 5-days before the scheduled job.
  • Am I hiring a vehicle with a driver?
    Yes, we exclusively offer the hire of our bus & coaches with a driver.
  • How can I pay for my booking?
    We accept payment through BACS, we will provide our bank details upon your confirmation of the booking. Alternatively, we can accept cash - please call our office on 01724 84 33 55, to arrange a time when someone will be available on site to take your payment. We are unable to accept card payments at this time.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    No Charge - For cancellations 14-days in advance of scheduled booking. 50% Fee - For cancellations less than 5-days in advance of scheduled booking. 75% Fee - For cancellations less than 24-hours in advance of scheduled booking. 100% Fee - For cancellations less than 12-hours in advance of scheduled booking. We take our cancellation policy seriously, please aways get in touch with us as soon as you are aware that your planned boking may not go ahead. The sooner we know the better, thank you.
  • Do you take late night jobs?
    We don't take jobs setting off or returning after 11:00PM.
  • Can I bring my dog on board?
    Unfortunately, no. Unless your dog is a guide dog, we can't accept them as a passenger on our vehicles.
  • How far afield can you transport us?
    We are happy to transport passengers all around the United Kingdom. We don't offer transport overseas, but we can drop you off at an airport or ferry terminal!
  • Can I view the vehicle in person before confirming my booking?
    Yes, of course! We ask that you call beforehand to arrange a time when the vehicle and a member of staff will be on-site to show you around.
  • Can we have more than one pick up, or drop off point?
    Yes, we're used to facilitating multiple pick-up points. The number of stops and mileage between them will be reflected in the price quote. Please make sure to mention all of the required points at the enquiry stage so that we don't have to increase the fee later on.
  • Do you organise coach trips?
    Currently, we don't organise coach trips, but we are happy to provide transport for trips organised by yourselves. If you're a group or organisation interested in booking a coach trip, please get in touch with us for our "Group Trip Specials".
  • Do you offer transport with overnight stays?
    Yes, we'd be happy to offer transport for you over the course of a few days. Just get in touch and let us know more details, such as; destinations, daily travel plans and passenger requirements.
  • Travelling with a baby
    If you are travelling with a baby we advise you to make sure the vehicle you have booked is fitted with 3-point-seatbelts (like the ones in cars) so that you are able to secure your car seat correctly. Please make an allowance for this in your passenger list, a baby seat will take up one space - easily overlooked.
